Machine technology is very good and error free, training culture is best in new employees knowledge increase

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow and work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as l have to attend machine and manage all vehicles, utilization of man power, material requirements full fill or all over site management but they mostly go unnoticed.

The company is giving a very good opportunity to carrier growth.Having good manpower and providing good quality maintenance. Giving Very standard training about gearless wind turbine.The best company to start carrier in wind sector because of it provides a very standard training and giving good opertunity to learning.

There is only one reason ro dislike to work at wjnd world is they are not giving salary timely means salary delay.

No increment Company is in NCLT so salary received in each week. ( But I never missed my weekly salary during my tenure)
