This company is average in worker's benifits and compensation. Still it hasn't give increament and promotion through the last 4 years. At recruitment time it had promised us to give increament every year. I'm very unhappy due to its terrible system and behaviour.

Dislikes

...ompany in my life. Lots of politics in company. Company is running under NCLT. Your salary get credited in 4 installment of month. No value of your post, you just count as worker.. Never get recruited into such company. I ruined my career here.

Waste company ever.full of politics.no job security.. salary not coming in time to time it comes like 25%in 4stage.i work 7years .first 2/3years no issue after 2014 company not able to given salary ..such waste management ever..my opinion is don't waste ur time try different company.
