Salary and annual increament process is very poor. But those have experience in wind sector, company give them very good package.

During my stint 2011-14 , company's financial we're good and we are getting our salary timely but after 2014, company's financial condition starts deteriorating. Now in 2018, company is under NCLT

Salary giving for 4 time in a month, No difference between Engineer and worker. Site level management need to improve Skilled Incharge needed

I except there to be a short period of time where I can acclimate to the work environment and learn company practices

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our Issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No salary increament, no others benifits only 12000 thousand salary on hand how can survive, No divali bonous, Company does not pay overtime.Canteen lunch is very poor.
