There is nothing to like about this company. You career is basically ruined if you end up here.

Dislikes

.... Work environment is too negative as some people get paid and others don't. HR is unapproachable and rude as people constantly approach them to find when the salary will get credited. There are frequent raids by the tax department and it goes on for days. There is not learning or growth. They give you free food and all you get. They hire freshers and make them sign bond of 2-3yrs so that they don't run away and that's how the company is still running even with all these issues.

Friendly working environment, freedom of work ,work life balance is good and job security on high.

I'm working in WWIL from more than 2 years now as a SHE executive, I'm learning lot's of things during this and working culture in WWIL is very good (if you are here for learning & doing the work sincerely), Currently I'm enjoying my work life with WWIL and I'm open for challenges and learning opportunities.

Salary structure and increment process is not matching the standard to diserving person.

No increment Company is in NCLT so salary received in each week. ( But I never missed my weekly salary during my tenure)

This company is average in worker's benifits and compensation. Still it hasn't give increament and promotion through the last 4 years. At recruitment time it had promised us to give increament every year. I'm very unhappy due to its terrible system and behaviour.
