I don't like working in company, No growth , lot of work pressure, no job satisfaction, no time to time salary, no increments, lot of work load !

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 14-16 hours in a day as I have to visit remote sites. HOD and senior management do not value an individual's .

This company is average in worker's benifits and compensation. Still it hasn't give increament and promotion through the last 4 years. At recruitment time it had promised us to give increament every year. I'm very unhappy due to its terrible system and behaviour.
