Not many, at times there is work load and the management is working on it with good progress, and we miss few Indian holidays (as we work for UK/EU region)

Rude behavior from Directors and Account Managers. Account managers have egos among them. Poor morale. Just a place to learn for freshers. Not for the long run. Almost all the positions are Non-IT ( Telecom Positions). Seeks closure of the candidates from day 1 of joining. They won't give time to learn.

Excellent people focused company with long term career options, growth prospects. Very supportive management. Company will provide you onsite opportunities too. Timely payments.

Will take time to get promotions. No cab facility.

- Positive work culture. - Company gives you the opportunity to grow, but you need to wait for the right moment. - Everyone is ready to help/guide each other. - In terms of work, management knows in which situations to pressurize their employees and in which situations not to pressurize. - You will get to know IN & OUT of Resourcing & Recruitment functionalities and also about the IT Technologies.

Great company to start your career as a Fresher. I completed my 3 years in this company. The most i like about working here : 1- Learning opportunities and Career growth : Working in Winborough will help you to understand Technologies like ERP Platforms, Data Analytics, Software Technologies, Infrastructure & Security, and etc.. The company recognizes your ability and motivates to develop our career, by which now i am a Certified SAP Consultant. 2- Supportive team members and very helpful senior management. 3- Employee Centric: Respect and Value to the innovative ideas, which we share. 4- Appraisals for the hard work.

There are no cons as such. A positive pressure to achieve targets which will help us to be always on our toes and be proactive to perform the tasks.
