Good experience to work with wilo group, All peoples in this organization are very helpful. I had new work experience & challenges every day. Good canteen & shoes facilities provided by company. Over all nice experience to work with this organization.

No Salary, No Promotion, No proper Increment. Too much work load but no Work Recognition. Lots of Politics.

Worst company for employee in terms of salary,working culture and career growth. Because here fresher get more salary than 3 years experienced employee of company,just reference candidate more salary than other common candidate.If you get some reference from here then u get more salary other wise give as much as possible low salary.I got that experience during my joining in company.Also they take illegal bond from u ,only for IDEC employee.

HR dept is very much supportive. And other benefits of travelling, lunch facilities, etc are also good.

Totally man oriented approach. Man oriented processes... If you take leave you have to work double on next day due to man oriented processes. They don't even bother to change the same. happy in doing so..... Neither having clear vision nor taking any further steps to improve current working condition.... Very poor attitude... If that remains the same no one specially youngsters will leave the company after particular time.

there is so much to learn. i am working in machine shop .so i like technical ,machine programming ,learning new machines and the opportunity the company offere.

the company has to told us whether they will take it permanenty.
