Initially it was very good company. And it has 8 hrs shift.

...irement of operation team they had built base less and unwanted tool in company. If we asked they change pay scale as per our every level people willis is not a pay master.

Salary you get is great but just the salary doesn't help. The combination and balance between growth and pay hike is a must

Managers are biased. They just look through what they want and how they want a scenario to be. All you need to do is say yes for a yes and no for a no or else you are gone for a toss

Willis is really good if a person wants to settle in a job. We get to learn corporate culture, time management, knowledge sharing, etc. They also offer great packages to deserving candidates.

Hierarchy levels are more hence there is slow growth. No bonus, no incentives, no over time

Willis is an equal opportunity employer. Very good work life balance and lot of opportunities.I like the employee rehire policy here. Was very happy to be a part of this group. While travelling abroad for work, everything is taken care off so ww can focus on work n enjoy too. Very much proud to be a part of Willis Family..

Compensation is decent however growth is slow.

Company is good.but too much of politics and if usa manager says any wrong think also you have to listern and follow that. They don't give any support .

Few managers are worst. And few departments are like don't spoil your life in that department. You will get some mental problem so much of pressure and no job security and more over problem of castism
