Dislikes

Salary hike is very less. They fire people without even informing. In the starting you will feel like this is the best company to work with and suddenly they will fire you without informing and lock your laptop .

Dislikes

The people working here lack professionalism. No proper hierarchy is followed and you’ll get the benefits if you’re manager’s favorite. Not seen more than two people here who can converse well in english.

I found this co. good in terms of working but the management is not good in utilizing resource and work allocation.

Dislikes

I disliked the management decisons about employee benefit. They dont provide what the person deserves. Completely biased and unethical behaviour I have found over here.

Their previous MD was so full of shit, had a lawsuit filed by a lady employee and was later fired. Ran the company like his personal piggy bank and indulged in unethical practices and intimidating behaviour
