R&D department is good and their way of behaviour is very simple and awesome. There is no work pressure in wheels India company, you can work freely if you are expert.

The way HR team treating trainee peoples is horrible, they not even think about it how it feels.and same internal politics will happen.

People are polite and helping nature from well educated back ground.workmen working from decades have good knowledge of product and process.senior management is very polite in nature.overall good place to work.

Very bad working culture and very bad work ethics of seniours as well as HR’s are not supported juniours they just covering up the mess created by the seniors and seniors abbused new joinees .
