Terrible work environment. No career growth and lot of politics. Job security is at its worst. 9 hours have to be maintained inside office even if there's no work.

Job security, Salary(Would be credited only on 2nd or 3rd working day every month), No learning in-fact u would forget whatever u have known already.

Likes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Instead of removing people, they are conducting some performance improvement tasks, so that to blame employees upto mark and ask them to leave, very dirty tricks they are playing in pandemic time

There is nothing good in the organisation, only they pay salaries u have to be happy.

India business head is sailing on two boats while having his personal business running under Wibmo travel to Mumbai and Delhi. Despite everyone’s knows at the leadership level about his behavioural, rather he is harassing his entire team and also looking at to replace wibmo Ceo’s.

There is nothing to like about, I don’t know about other Lob but some are just worse than others with no plan or trackof work

Dislikes

1. There is no planning of what work is there and what is the criticality of work. People are everyday pressurised for the deadline and give names to blame for the delay. 2. There is no professionalism at all in meetings, in work assignment, in tracking, in leave apply process. 3. You won’t be able to see yourself going anywhere in the company. 4. No appreciation of work but there will always be criticism for any small delay with genuine reason
