...irls extremely uncomfortable by his inappropriate comments and unwanted touches. Another thing is that he scams his customers into paying for workshops where he only talks about himself and very little to nothing related to the topic of workshop, then he goes on to selling another pricey call with him to explain even more pricey and unaffordable courses. He also gave a major pay deduction for nothing after his company suffered the financial losses he led it to, something he was well aware of despite his lies.

I enjoy my work as an artist and the guidance I received from my lead designer. I enjoy creating adorable illustrations for kids.

Dislikes

... a very low salary that wasn't commensurate with the amount of work I performed. I also didn't get many promotions, and I had to ask them to raise my pay too many times before they finally did.

You get to interact with kids of different backgrounds and requirements which enhances your skillset as a teacher.

...scale mid way. If you aren't comfortable with the change, they ask you to leave. Even during the notice period your salary is reduced and for which you have to keep "begging" them. It isn't fair. It isn't just.

Hardcore Founder: Founder is very experienced & knowledgeable. Very good business sense and able to make hard decisions quickly. The main reason to work in a start-up is because of the founder, if you want a crash course in how to be a founder this is the person to learn from. Great Team: The team is young, energetic and passionate about the company and the product. Highly talented team specializing in different skills working together not against each other. Its a family atmosphere. Vast Learning: The amount of learning in this space is vast. I've learnt more than I learnt from 2 years in an MNC in just 2 months here. The scope to learn and apply all depends on how much you want to know. Ideas might not always be accepted but the process of ideation itself results in alot of experience and wisdom that you dont get generally at such a pace & scale. You can learn across various roles Sales, Operations, Community, Tech, Analytics, Marketing, Product & Design each role has alot to offer in terms of learning and career growth. Career is fully in your own hands and how much you wish to grow. Mature Culture: The culture here is a balance of professional & fun. Whens is business its business when its fun its fun. The company values are simple and essential for being a great professional. Salary & Benefits: The pay is on par with the market based on your experience and role mapping.
