No job security in this company. The work culture of this company is very poor. Management behaviour is very bad for employees. Company Policies is very argumentive for work timings and leave.

...operation head behaviour is very disgusting. No job security & odd work timings. No overtime, No other benefits and compensation, incentives, bonus. The leave policy is not fair. Overall is bad.

They are doing nothing, but terminating employees from job without proper reason and not paying complete salary, holding 20% salary amount.

There is no job security, no desicision making power, policies unfavorable for employees, no fulfillment of commitments.

The management is not bossy at all, rather they listen to you properly and reply back and take action but there are some seniors who have spoiled the environment due to which the employees are not feeling good and we can say that it is a situation where employees feels that they are good for nothing.

Though the company is doing well but since the management has reduced its involvement, things have deteriorated or we can say they have become worse

You have to make things good by own , otherwise company is just a ridiculous.

Everything, they don’t have a professional attitude, work balance, no ethics , all seniors are just following like cattle herd for there promotion only, and only personal with personal preference are able to do work. No experience nothing all the good comments are just fake don’t believe on that also.
