Dislike - My team leader Shilpa Sharma and Director Shoeb was not at all supportive . I was about to complete my target on time but Shilpa Sharma and Shoeb removed my live leadsand moved to an executive named Rabia. And when in RNR session it was completely told by Vishwananth and Hr head Heather that it is compulsory for everyone to join office but still partiality has been made . A girl named Rabia who stays at pune she has been told to work from home as her inlaws dont allow .... So if this is the case then even I had similar issue .... Everyone has some or the other problem but stilll need to manage ... Rules and regulations should be equal to everyone ... HR Sonam Jaggie is not at all deserving post of HRBP ...because when she discussed the matter she always supports Team leader and Directors .

Compensation and benefits were on time and incentives were given properly . With this ,during the peak time of COVID on time salary and compensation helped us .

Dislikes

Inexperienced senior management , work culture , not at all employee centric , work life balance was totally gone , went through heavy mental pressure , we worked for survival . I hope things will change and they will respect employees and make a smooth journey for then rather then pushing and scaring them to work . Timing of work was from 9am to 11pm . No personal life . During our week off we had to follow up with the customers . If we see we worked for 7 days in a week .

Compensation on time, good time investment on training.

Dislikes

Hire & Fire Policy, No stability Team & process change practically every month and only choice given is to move to New process or leave the job, Long 12 hrs working, Mass Calling upto 9:30pm, Bad lead quality, Haphazard Management. Training for process A & B but teams landed working for C. It's a call centre job with attractive designation to lure helpless mass candidates during pandemic and then fire them.

Giving us the opportunity to work from home during the pandemic. Pays salary right on time. If you perform well, you will definitely get your reward. Teammates are very supportive.

Changing policies every week. Immatured leaders. No work life balance at all. No job security at all.

Working with Whitehatjr is a challenging role everyday there are changes of process change as per business requirement and as per sales point of view it is very challenging and feel like no job security , though you are a confirmed employee. It's a fact.
