Very harsh sales environment , no respect for time , 5.5 days a week will feel like a month , pathetic work culture , unrealistic targets expectations warnings & pip mail will be there every month , no static job culture continuous transition from one role to another. It's basically Byjus's hod handling the organisation hence the work culture is equally horrible.

Dislikes

Apart from timely salary , nothing is good about the product the leads which will be provided are from tier 2-3 cities , labours , rikshawala , fruit veg sellers.. unrealistic targets will be given on the basis

Good Inventive Payouts Salary on time.

Dislikes

1) Long working hours - 14-15 Hours 2) No Week Off 3) Late Night Team Meetings - Till 11:30 - 12 am most of the times. 4) Lacks Planning and Strategies. So anything can happen anytime.

Whitehat offers good salary to freshers and experienced as compared to other Ed Tech companies with good incentive structure but getting sales is next to impossible as they don't have proper organic Leads . Trying to encash old leads again and again doesn't work after a point.

NO JOB SECURITY. NO CLARITY AND CO-ORDINATION AMONG THE DIFFERENT VERTICALS. INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE WITHOUT VISION AND MATURITY SITTING @ HIGH POSTS GIVING DIRECTIONS AND ORDERS THAT LEADS TO ZERO. SALES MANAGERS ARE MORE EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL AND TOP MANAGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOESN'T TREAT ITS EMPLOYEES AS ASSETS OR FAMILY. COMPANY ONLY HAS HIRE & FIRE POLICY.

There is everything in this company is disliked only, 1. HR given all wrong commitment by the time of interview just to hire us and make there own incentives 2. By the time they said its WFH only for tranning you need to come office BUT now 6 days in week we have to come office 3. They said its 9 hour job but they will make you work for more there 11 hours at office 4. One week office is performance base which you will never got as you will get it if you achieve your weekly Target more then 120%, if in case you achieve also still your TL or VP will make you come at office 5. If you join here you can't expect work life balance at all, you have to delete all your friends and family members from your routine life 6. You will get exit even on one week non performance 7. So many things are going terrible here. cant be explained in one review

Sorry to say but only the monthly salary portion was acceptable. Which being a Sales Manager is pretty frustrating.

Dislikes

Job security, Talent acquisition, work culture, managemental failure, investment in worthless, no steps to reach future goal.
