Salary was better than others but I'd have to guess they were less stressful too.

Dislikes

Workload was insane! The responsibilities were too much and had to function on multiple roles! The job was exhausting and there's not much time for breaks. Management doesn't listen to complaints and they would take it against you.

...your promotion is completely on your performance and not on how tenured you are. Good compensation and growth benefits. Work culture is good, everyone is supportive. The company is evolving day by day to become the best company to work for.

Terrible experience in WHJR there are so many things which has been not considered by the company and they are: 1. No job security 2. No scope of opportunity 3. They will keep you on shuffling your designation without any consideration of employee.

Company will hire you at a good salary package then move you from one department to other in every 8-10 days. No stability. No job security. They will give you manager designation just for name.

Management. HRBP doesn’t know anything. People who are not even qualified are sitting here at senior manager position.

They pay good and additional perks like Overtime pay and incentives.

Since I left the company, they deducted the TDS from my salary but not credited it to income tax dept. yet. They consumed the money deducted from my salary in the name of TDS. Also they did not deposit my PF amount into my PF account that was deducted from my salary for last 7 months from January 2023 told July 2023.
