... company policies are employees friendly. It's not a school but a family for me. They take care of employees very well and pay competent salary.

Dislikes

There is no growth. Teachers should be given a chance to move to higher grades once in a while. There is no policy of promotion. Favouritism and bias is there for promotion. Which is unfair.

Training session was knowledge gaining..get to know lot of teaching techniques .

Dislikes

No leaves til 1 year, lot of work pressure, management is not helpful, as compared to other school salary is same but work is just double
