I was fresher when i joined the company whiteshurb. I was in a E-commerce department. I learned a lot about E-commerce company. Good work environment enjoy working with my teammates. And i am very pleased with the level of support I have received by the teammates.

To be honest Nothing. I was fresher they give me opportunity to work with them. And i leaned a alot main issue was the salary they are providing.

There's no hierarchy, job security, and training for the new comers. If you're going to work here, don't expect a good salary and only designated work for yourself.

Coordination among various departments required a lot of improvement. Salary is below industry standards. Work life balance can't be created.

No matter how best you give and do for the organization, they will never appreciate your work instead demotivates. Beware of these kinda organizations who don't and never would appreciate your talent.
