There is nothing to like about this company. The salary is never on time.infact there are pay you half saying the company is not getting paid by its clients. Freelancers are never paid and the employees keep on getting threatening calls. There is no culture that's being followed.

Before take tasks from this company, their responsible persons promised me will pay for me in two months until the INVOICE sent, asked me to trust them other than the bad reviews for some websites related to their company. At last, I was stll cheated by them. I asked for the payment every month, they have so many reasons to delay. And they didn't reply me any more in the end. So I want to tell the truth on the internet in case that any other painstaking translators get cheated by this rubbish company. I had delivered 107,699 words in total and they owe me $2156.87. I worked over time every day those months for them, helped them to finsh the big project. But at last, they just want get everything for free, ignoring other's time and labour completely. How about their famous religion? God bless them!

Salary Promises Without Written Agreement: During my induction, the founder himself promised to credit my salary than the usual timeline, as As i joined on 16th August, My salary will be credited by October 10th ( August+September salary). However, when I requested this promise in writing, it was waved off, raising red flags about the company's reliability. Recycled Email Accounts: I was given the email account of a previous employee who had left the company. This not only feels unprofessional but also brings up serious concerns about security and transparency. Dubious Certification Claims: The founder claimed that the company holds certifications for the services it provides. However, during induction, he slipped up and mentioned something that made it clear they might just be a third-party provider. This makes me question the authenticity of their operations. Forced LinkedIn Integration: I was asked to link my personal LinkedIn profile to the company account. This feels invasive, and it’s troubling that the company is pushing this without considering the implications for employees' personal and professional lives. Copy-Paste Job Role: Despite being hired for a seemingly professional role, I found myself doing nothing more than copying and pasting messages on LinkedIn. Shockingly, everyone in the company, regardless of their title, seems to be doing this same mundane task. Lack of Role Clarity: The induction was less about the work and more about the founder bragging about his own achievements and the company’s earnings. No clear information about my role or responsibilities was provided.
