Salary Promises Without Written Agreement: During my induction, the founder himself promised to credit my salary than the usual timeline, as As i joined on 16th August, My salary will be credited by October 10th ( August+September salary). However, when I requested this promise in writing, it was waved off, raising red flags about the company's reliability. Recycled Email Accounts: I was given the email account of a previous employee who had left the company. This not only feels unprofessional but also brings up serious concerns about security and transparency. Dubious Certification Claims: The founder claimed that the company holds certifications for the services it provides. However, during induction, he slipped up and mentioned something that made it clear they might just be a third-party provider. This makes me question the authenticity of their operations. Forced LinkedIn Integration: I was asked to link my personal LinkedIn profile to the company account. This feels invasive, and it’s troubling that the company is pushing this without considering the implications for employees' personal and professional lives. Copy-Paste Job Role: Despite being hired for a seemingly professional role, I found myself doing nothing more than copying and pasting messages on LinkedIn. Shockingly, everyone in the company, regardless of their title, seems to be doing this same mundane task. Lack of Role Clarity: The induction was less about the work and more about the founder bragging about his own achievements and the company’s earnings. No clear information about my role or responsibilities was provided.

The company as a whole, the COO Puspita and the owner Sudiep.. they are cheaters please don’t join the company , if u want see all the reviews on google and LinkedIn …every employee is cursing them big time

...anagement where Seniors are biased to certain employees and use unethical means. Salary is never on time minimum delay of 2 months is always there, and salary comes in 2 cycles half and half for each month.

...to hide and delete all negative feedbacks and comments as truth is revealing. This company have only one office in Mumbai, Don't pay salary to employees on time, 100℅ no job security, no Full and Final settlement, all translation and localisation works through machine translation only, no other technologies in use, don't pay money to vendors, no experienced heads in any departments, lot of claims are existing and are still raising against the company from employees, clients and vendors. Company runs with maximum of 20-25 employees.

There is nothing to like about this company. They are big fraudsters with more than a crore of outstanding bill payments to their vendors. They don't pay anyone on time. CEO and founder is a criminal with more than 5-6 criminal charges on his name

1. No salary on time 2. No company culture 3. Full of criminals and criminal court cases 4. Big time scammers 5. The Founder is such big boaster and liar you will literally laugh at his lies. They claim to be self funded which is nothing but black money stolen from ATMs by the founder 6. Most of the people working there are not professional because they are a cheap resource. 7. Everyone is a VP here. (Laughs, laughs, laughs) Basically they give the designation of Vice President to everyone just to lure them into the company on a lower salary amount.
