...n has tried to do what is best in it's capabilities to mitigate such challenges. However, the external environment to the organization might pose a challenge in terms of deferred increments, salary percentage deductions etc. which is unavoidable at this juncture.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. we do not get salary properly..they don not provide joining letter.... They don't give us experience letter..
