Salary is decent but career growth is slow...After Neem training people next level grouth is very less, Company inner politics is very high,HR people response very bad.

Good company to work. Which have performance based good job security. Company policies are ok. Appraisals are fair with ok salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is good but growth is slow. Unresponsive culture, gender based diversity in focus which creates boundaries and restrictions to grow. Knowledge flow is limited.

we don't have decent pay at the lower level of engineers and we work under contract basis.
