...s need improvement. Employees are not paid as per thier experience or expertize. If someone joined for less package at the early stages of career, he has to carry it throughout his whirlpool career.

Good company to work. Which have performance based good job security. Company policies are ok. Appraisals are fair with ok salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is good but growth is slow. Unresponsive culture, gender based diversity in focus which creates boundaries and restrictions to grow. Knowledge flow is limited.

... this is product based company. Company culture, work life balance is excellent. Compensation is a bit on the lower side. But i was very satisfied with the challenging work and growth opportunities. Onsite travel opportunities are also very good.

Yearly bonus is deducted from CTC when other competitor gives bonus other than CTC

...like. There no salary structure is there for given role and level of experience. Had observed huge pay gap for same experience and role
