Good company to work. Which have performance based good job security. Company policies are ok. Appraisals are fair with ok salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is good but growth is slow. Unresponsive culture, gender based diversity in focus which creates boundaries and restrictions to grow. Knowledge flow is limited.

The company is always ready for your Ideas and Innovation, it is a place for learning and every day i tend to learn something new from my teammates and also from the company, it is also a place for all type of activities such as sports etc...

we don't have decent pay at the lower level of engineers and we work under contract basis.

... this is product based company. Company culture, work life balance is excellent. Compensation is a bit on the lower side. But i was very satisfied with the challenging work and growth opportunities. Onsite travel opportunities are also very good.

Yearly bonus is deducted from CTC when other competitor gives bonus other than CTC
