Remote location, one must have their own vehicle but the management will provide transport facilities by January 2023.

There is nothing to like No job security, no any system for work, no opportunities to grow

Dislikes

Everything is dislike MD has very bad behaviour towards their employees, never support to employees,never try to understand the problem. Monopoly applicable , No any support from the ppc team & PPC incharge, Always blaming to others, khud galti karo to sahi dusare se galti ho jaaye to gaon m dheendhora karo, khud bach kar nikal jana galti karke or dusre pe drop karna that's the rule of PPC team, HR is also not supporting to their employees,not providing experience letter after serving of notice period, also had suffer from FNF and worst , unskilled , uneducated person are working in production department ,they has no any sense of humour to talk.

Supportive team, good work environment, everything is transparent, proper work defined, appreciation schemes for team, good canteen for all. Company's polices are good, bonus & salary hikes on time. Good working culture for all level. Personal take care of employees by the promoter.
