...e 4. GD and designation was partialy different from what offer letter holded. 5.Too much pressure on the role and pay is minimum. 6. Manager was not good. Everyday presure and frustration. Resigned due to non acceptable hike % and manager pressure.

...people who are willing to help. You can manage to have a good work life balance. Salary is on time. Food served 4 times.

Dislikes

Not so transparent HR, complex pay structure, there is a great depart from your CTC and in hand salary. Unwanted components in the CTC will reduce your in hand salary. Reward program is a joke, if you are a boss pet, you'll get a reward or forget it. Appraisal is a joke. Getting permission to work from home for a day is hassel. No option for Hybrid. leadership is losing focus on quality of the product. Very few remaining senior members are carrying all the load to keep the product alive. Please retain good employees by giving what they deserve.

-Great compensation -Real good at making one doubt each skill one has -Social media scrolling, dating site hopping is all fine as long as you are the management's favorite, who cares for work?

-Terrible Managers and extremely incompetent management -Work from office, zero flexibility -No recognition of work -Time in and out are more important than the actual work done

Legacy tech, too much dependency on seniors, rude seniors who scream all the time to get things done, too much to learn on legacy tech, no learning or skill development to survive in this market outside

The management is unclear in what they want to do, is creating too much pressure.They want to pay off people but are not saying this explicitly but behaving in a manner that you don't want to work at Whatfix anymore.Dont join here your career will be ruined.
