Salary not good. In sipcot plant all are Tamil community and they only loves their community,they hates north people. So if you are from north you will feel alone here. You will not get promotion easily.

Dislikes

Top management Openly favours South Indian person ( spinning department seven staff stop to work with out reason all staff are north Indian. Same department Mr. Santosh Kumar assistant manager not capable any work but job secure his coo classmate and friend.
