...re, strong belief and practices of employee welfare and great work life balance. Fairly good pay, defined appriasal cycles and parameters. Was fortunate to have an excellent manager as well.

Nothing in specific. A lot of companies out there are very toxic. WeWork is indeed an excellent organization to work with.

Differential salary between the same teams, No real growth, Top Level management doesn't get the pulse from the employees

One of the best companies at the moment to work for! The work culture, the teams, everything about it is absolutely great. The managers are extremely helpful and are great mentors throughout.

The boss whom I was supporting as an executive assistant was very dissapointing and a sadist. I tried all the ways to reach up to his expectations but he had a very peculiar style of working which he never wanted to adjust with. Huge anger management issues and finally I had to put down my papers. After HR complaints and one and ones.

Office Ambience is good. Management is not strict about In and out timings, they are flexible. Pay is good as per standards

Dislikes

Office Politics. Favoritism, Management is will not behave good if they want you to be out of the company. suddenly you will be in PIP for no reason so they can stop your Variable and then suddenly clear it. No recognition for IT Team. If anything wrong happens while solving the issue, Management will not backup instead held you a culprit.
