Website is a TATA company so I think so many benefits are there such as bonus health related benefit and other things.

Dislikes

There is no work and live balance in westside. Such a bad managing staff are there. Especially where I am working the shoe called HR don't know anything about the policies or anything they never told me any benefit or other things. Especially in the new store they force to sell to the customer anything and that's why the customer get irritated and don't come back show the Managing staff.

Trends company is very good, I respect Tata sir wholeheartedly.

Dislikes

...ne who works hard there has no value, only the respect of sycophantic employees. Till late night duty is done, day or night is also done, his company does not even pay anything, in Westside he becomes an officer or manager and his life is set, if any employee speaks for his rights then he complains to the day manager or officer. What is being said or is being forced to resign by breaking a fake case, it is being said that every month this happens with employees, whose manager, without any effort, transfers him far away from his reach.

Likes

On time payments and extra activities like sports support for employees, recognition program on every Saturday. Nice management, not so many benifits, only one day weekoff, 9:30 working hrs. (12:30hrs on Saturdays).

Dislikes

No work - life balance, not so good salary packages, no health insurance for employees, only ESI, not much entertainment or activities for staffs.

The lowest salary and the main thing was the late night truck which comes and the staff have to wait and have to unload the truck at night the ship timing and the ots are after 12 before that if a person complete his nine half nine then also he have to wait and waste his time and load truck and give more time to company and company does gives any OT also

...les of the garment in every weekend. SM do partiality amongst staff and manager. in offer letter they will show you different CTC after the joining salary will not come as per CTC. And no one will listen to you.
