Now they have decreased salary and people are not getting promoted that much and incentive structure are decreased also because they are not getting business since zudio has come across.

Usually the timing. Its Actually because of the store manager it is hard to have a work life balance because you have to give approx 10.30hr in a day . And i think this problem will never resolve.

I like the environment here and the work is also good and westside gives you a lot to learn like sales billing backend, you can also learn it.

Dislikes

There salary is not incremented on yearly basis and appraisal is also done very late, this is the problem and the pressure of work is very high And one fixed is not less, you have to do multiple things.

In return for working there, we used to get huge benefits in sales and discounts

There we were made to do more work than our salary. And there too those people made very bad decisions in matters of promotion.
