Very bad working cultures....and Behavior of top management is not good and they are always behave like a Super Boss....without any power of any decision making provided by top management...so better to find any Indian companies..
I would like to thanks all concern dept head and all white and blue collar staff. I learned the best things in this organisation. in future if i would get a chance to do work again . i will surely join without any conscious
many many Thanks
There is no liking area in westRock organisation. Worst culture ever I have experience.
Dislikes
Work culture is not at all safe and employees are struggling in every step of working condition. Top management has personal interest to take own promotions.
I thrive in environments where I can constantly learn new things and develop my skills. In my previous role, I loved being exposed to different projects and receiving mentorship from experienced colleagues. It helped me grow both professionally and personally.

The global managing teams were pleasant to work with.
Dislikes
The reporting offices in India were a complete mess. Management did not understand the businesses at all and were just keyboard tigers. All plans were played only in PPT’s and emails. And laying off people were a normal activity. Bad governance is not even realised, and it’s hidden from the US headquarters.
