I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

in 1978 CFEE officially bought from Tropical brand "WESTPOINT" since then it has been serving millions of home worldwide with its various range of Home Appliances, CE & air conditioners. and today Westpoint is French global brand. I really proud to work under a renowned banner. the package is average for grade wise employees, it could have more but its ok bcoz of well recognition. and colleagues are balanced and co-operative.

compensation is ok, but growth is slow, the normal working hours is 12- 14 hrs per day. appreciation is very low, no independence in work, cannot take spot decision in your work.
