Toxic work culture - Even managers initiates conversation with juniors using abusive language and demotivate people.Even if uh are working hard no appreciation will be done Exploitative work hours 12 hours workdays with no overtime compensation , leading to severe work life imbalance after all this one day when you want to go early they will again scold you Poor food quality - canteen food are below average for engineers and worker’s but in same canteen you will get good quality of foods Unprofessional Environment Lack of support from staff, favouritism and a biased work culture

...me on you western refrigeration There is no justice They like their GET only, other is only majdoor Theri GET got 3 time salary correction (increment) In 1 year We got 1 time in a year Even after more than 4 years of experience i got less percentage and same package as compared to 1 year GET Before 3 year they got half of us and now more then us , even after same / less work , knowledge, capabilities and responsibilities This is so disgusting Everyone , don't join western ever , if u want join , join as a GET even if u have 1-2 year experience , by this way you can make your future bright without doing anything

Dislikes

Job Timings are bit hectic. No work life balance, minimum 10 Hrs Shift (excluding 2 hrs travel,outskirts) for Mangement (No OT) & 12 hr for Labours (OT provided); 1 day weekly off. Day & night Shifts in production & related departments.

Seriously, I really like my reporting boss and the owner of the company, they are really nice people... rest of the management are all sycophants

Flatter and get a salary hike 😂. If you try to find a fault in the system and bring it to light, this company will not waste any time in making you a thief.
