No job security, Now in Karunagapally plant there is one Quality manager he is worst fellow. He don’t know anything regarding Food safety. So if you know something he won’t accept and he always try to push you out. There is no job security if management think to replace you means within 5 mins they will take decision and send you out. Family owned company so if do Chink Chank to them (like that QC manager) u can survive little more time.. So dear guys please don’t join this company..No work culture. Poor job security. Please guys don’t spoil your career. I spoiled my career so please guys don’t accept their offer..
