Very minimal process and Culture is not good. Resulting in long working hours unnecessary. Collaboration is poor between teams. Appraisals and variables are skipped mostly. Growth is not great in terms of promotion and skillset both.

...d. If you are a high performer you can take wfh for 1 2 months. Flexible timing If company is doing good you will get better bonus based on performance.

Top management is not trustworthy. Some politics in team and manager. Less gifts and goodies. Sometimes more work pressure. Managers only focus on work.

Salary is OK kind.

Dislikes

WDC gives random promotion, which are not related wot the work done. Employee can threaten and get promotion, can get salary hike. So deserving employees who wants to stay they remain behind while others who can get an outside offer and gets promotion and hike. No Work life balance. Management decisions are random, specifically after Khurram became SVP, he is removing all the people he does not like and promoting his favorite ones. There are many other thongs as well, but these are the ones which are important.

I dint liked anything due to lot of politics

This is one of the worst company where the managers do lot of politics, Good compensation and hike will be given only to the persons who are close to manager. They won’t bother if you give complain also. Managers behave so cheap where you can’t expect in corporate world. You will never grow under this type of people.

very few people are supportive, managers are good, try to understand other's problem.

Dislikes

Culture is very bad, I have faced discrimination and used to favour those who used to work till late night, even though people come to office on time, and judge those who come on time and leave on time. Didn't assign proper work and people use to avoid and isolate. Lot of groupism.
