Growth in terms of Salary and skills are very limited,Politics involves at many stages and many people are involved in politics in various levels.

You can get salary on time and the boss is really good person if you have tell them any problem they will listen and try to solve

In this company after boss many seniors are think they are boss and they treat you like you are nothing they just try to give you pressure even on holidays

...ing. They always encourage to work on merit and adapt new method of work style. They give salary on time. Each employee get his salary within 7-8 of every month. They trust in developing manpower .

Dislikes

The lower management is a disaster. No support from branch manager or other senior administrator of branch to anyone working here. Career growth in darkness. Appraisal is not satisfactory every year. Internal politics is very conservative and work environment is quite harassing.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Very bad experience in this company no any rule regulations only every thing in seniors hand they don't give joining letter and Hr of this company any time fire of employees without any reason
