Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Ohh!! there are many.. but i can tell u in brief. On records: Saturday, Sunday is Off Off records: we should work on those days. On records: Timings are 10am to 7pm Off records: starts at 10am and if u r lucky, u can close by 11pm. Do not ask me if u r unlucky. On records: Boss is very polite and help u in every situation. Off records: Quite opposite to the above line. Imp Note: this review is limited to only Finance dept as I worked in it. FYI If u want to join in any other dept's, then this is the best place to work.
