Management will give you enough time to cope up with the environment, encourages us to do our best if they can see the potential in you they will never like to loose you.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but compared to cities the scale is not so satisfying.

Its been amazing working for westberry school for last five years.Teacher is rightly valued by management but only problem is Reporting managers.They are selfish and believed in divide & rule policy.

Dislikes

Only problem with reporting managers(Principal,VP & coordinators). They are selfish & believed in divide & rule policy. They encourage even non genuine staff for their own benefit.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
