New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. honestly terrible worked only 16 days without offer letter

Dislikes

1) they hired with formal letter no appointment letter issue when asked said after 10days you will get it 2) senor working specially hr dept ,if some thing asked on clarifications no one give solutions and started talking on misbehavior like they are working from lalaa group of company, openly said they can fire you immediately and u cant do any thing to me 3) no training structure,no payout of incentive timeline growth process 4) if you cross question ther company any dpt all are taking ego and started make you in trouble situations
