Good Environment for learning new things regarding the process with challenges. Each & every member of the Team is friendly & every day is new learning, I really don't know how time just passed working with West for 5.3 Years.

Work culture is fine unless you are deputed under managers like Mr. Satish Kumar. You will have zero experience under him and all of your dedication will flat out when he will be pressurising you for deadlines and will take credit for your achievements. Even higher management is supportive of his actions as all his complains will backfire on your credibility and devotion towards work. It can be a better place to work if management treats every employee equally and fire such employees who believes in sycophancy and politics.

EVERYTHING !! The work balance is so cool. The colleagues are so helping in nature . The work is so balanced between each and every person. Even the managers are very good. Tough times come but when you have a best set of colleagues besides you , we laugh at the tough time and kick it off . This was the best thing in here . What so ever comes all come together from senior most person to the junior work it out and get those problems solved.We regularly have team outings , which again grows the bond among your colleagues. My over all experience was great .
