... Lot of corruption doing Indian management( Finance,GM,CEO,Purchase Department).Even some time salary not given like 8 month. As per my view please don’t join this company before join please investigate with earlier employees.sometime management blackmailing to employees and forcing to do work. So many employees runaway during night time because of not given salary from last 8 month. Outside gate not allowed to go for Indian employees. Look like jail . This all conditions applicable from last 4 years year.

Nothing is like to here, long time work without salary. Specially expect are not getting their salary since 9 months. No communication, no commitment for salary. Only they are giving small amount so that no can die. Feeling like open jail.

...o HR do not get answered. Company expects results with little to no spare parts.Delays in paying salary seems the norm.You will need to chase after CFO for salary payments.

Teammates are cooperating good. salary ok. work environment are just ok. work-life balance are satisfied. job security is not gaurantee

Promoters tried a lot to infuse progressive work culture but with wrong people & Hypocrats only , failed misrebly. Wasted Time and Money . Could never get precise , competent & real professionals. Always started with unplanned , unprofessional way , suffered a lot and entered into grim industrial environment.

Due to Acute imbalance of Skills , Professionalism , Background and Grooming qualities amongst Seniors / Individuals ,organisation suffered in creating a good workforce.Always suffered a lot and missed opportunity to become ideal organisation.
