New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Employees most of them are retired or discarded in Indian companies try to spend their leisure time in Africa. No accountability and responsibility by Top mgmt team. Skill set of them is low and hence training and mentoring is very low and also fail update their skills! They are no better than semiskilled local Africans!
