This company gives us free environment or better way to say push us to explore new technologies like AI, Cloud Computing. Also support us in doing POC, this help both the Developers and the Company. The deadline of task are feasible of course there is pressure but its manageable. Also the environment is very friendly our boss interact with us directly on personal level. Of-course there is hierarchy system, but when we interact we all are one team. This makes the New Joiners more confrontable. Any team member who joined yesterdays or person who is with the company for years they both are respected. Also Every person Male or Female are given respect in same level, company gives us Appreciation and Applause on our work. Even when the person fail just to let person know at least you tried. This makes the Team work far more easy and interactive and friendly. So that none of us feel any one is supreme then others. Also no Co-Operate Politics in here.

From day one, the vibe here super friendly and chill! They offer various facilities for Freshers to learn new things. On each Friday they arrange interactive sessions for candidates and provide opportunities to share their thoughts, skills of various projects. Also, the office space is modern and comfortable, making it a great place to work.

I highly recommend Werqlabs because the company culture is excellent, and the environment and employees are very supportive and provide proper guidance. Tasks are assigned to individuals as well as groups. I joined as a MERN Stack Intern and have learned a lot, including Standard Code Structure, Entity-relationship model, Error handling, TypeScript, React, Bootstrap, Material UI, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and other necessary libraries and frameworks. Additionally, I have gained insights into business ethics and self-learning. I have improved significantly, and Werqlabs has provided the perfect platform to enhance my skills.
