Everything is worse here. Heavy work pressure more than a pressure cooker. No work life balance. Changing the policies as per the management willingness. No job guarantee

The only perks are the Incentives you get if your candidate joins.

Dislikes

The company has recently completed 21 years but still functions worse than a 1 year old start up. No processes are streamlined. This job gave me grave depression and anxiety. The management is horrible. And the HR team is ignorant and negligent. The Higher ups are very unprofessional and don't even respond to your alarming emails. Work life balance does not even remotely exist here.

Bad work culture. They treat the employees like slave. No job guarantee. They will terminate anyone without a strong reason. They will force the employees to work more than the work hours.

I liked the work from home culture of the company.

Dislikes

I really did not like the way they terminate employees from the organization knowing the fact that the employee is improving in his/her performance. Employee performance also depends on clients and this fact should be considered.
