Throughout my journey with wenlighting was wonderful seniors and colleagues were highly cooperative and supportive they take a good care of your mentally and physically pressure they make sure you don't get stressed. Director Karan Bhatia Sir is such a pleasure to work with such simple and down to earth people are rarely seen. in simple words nice place to work thank you wenlighting :)

Couple of things were there need to be changed such as they should decide that at what point someones designation should changed and same with salary hike otherwise It all good

Only one thing I want to say about WEN is that this is the best place if u really want to grow in ur life but there is few regulations or attitudes or ego of the management who didn’t let them to bend but ya definitely if nyone is looking for a peaceful job with career growth opportunities then u should definitely join this organisation. I think if this would not happen with me then I don’t have ny complaint but if the management truly judge employees with their potential then I could it’s a nice step but if u’ll put employees with no experience in ny department with lottery system that say just if you want to do this task u’re in but I was shouting their that please I need to go in adword team but they don’t listen me for a single time.

They have poor quality in management. They are not even educated. Their HR is waste. If you have done an open degree, you can job with 0 security and no promotions. But I say that Our team is awesome ( Content Dept ). You can learn a lot of things with irritated senior.

Their silly Senior HR and Late night Shifts working atmosphere.
