There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond or 2 year before which which you cannot reslgn.on the job training is not given to new jojnees

... I am fully satisfied with my job. It seems to be good career growth in Welspun. Team Spirit, Salary on Time etc...

there is nothing like that but sometimes i noticed that people are taking unnecessary tension or workload. where it can be done easily and calmly.

For salary point of view, it's a good company to get it on time.

Overall a toxic and political atmosphere there which doesn't allow anyone to show their skills and do something for the company which will help him advance his own career also.

It's good to work at welspun because we learn many things about welspun & the staff behaviour is also good I was completed 3 months form trainee

At welspun many people are working and but too many are in same salary package and canteen should be also changes

Timely salary payment beside that only 1 bhk (tiny room not able to use for family).No extra facility even bus fee also they charges...Whatever is ur CTC u will get that only no perks no incentives...basic nominal appraisal they provide like 7 to 10%

Poor appraisal Zero facility No perk incentive Zero subsidy on food ,bus etc
