Dislikes

Knowledge transfer is not given by old employees to peers. Process is not set & new software directly implemented so due to technical glitches regular work takes more time instead of automation. WFH & flexible timings are with restrictions in some department. Due to work twice or thrice in a month, it requires to attend office on Saturday & sunday. Salary pay parity is terrible. Favouritism.

The agility with which WTSL is growing and expanding is providing a room full of opportunities for all to lead the change. Its main focus is on value creation and automation which is not now the future but now its PRESENT. Moreover, the culture here is quite inclusive. We have period leaves and hybrid work culture as well.

In particular merchandising department, gender biasness is more. Only those peoples promoted whose are not working just try to act that thay are working. Hard working peoples never recognise and they had never promoted. They are just being granted. Worst team leads and managers.
