The desire to do grow, explore automation possibilities, continuous learning opportunities. Everything is great and culture is exceptional

Dislikes

Advancement in promotion does not reflect on salary or raise. Plus for same role there is huge gap in salary range. Roles and designations are different which should be in a fix manner

Knowledge transfer is not given by old employees to peers. Process is not set & new software directly implemented so due to technical glitches regular work takes more time instead of automation. WFH & flexible timings are with restrictions in some department. Due to work twice or thrice in a month, it requires to attend office on Saturday & sunday. Salary pay parity is terrible. Favouritism.

They have flexi hours upto 2 hr that's the only thing

Dislikes

Poor work life balance with strict 8 hours required in system.(Enables prohance) They claims to be IT company but not a single dashboard works properly. People in other departments work so hard like finance and account payable but not given any credits at all. And such a big disadvantage is they give appraisal in start of August which is too late for match- April appraisal cycle.

There is nothing to like about it.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance in the company. The CEO of the company Nitin Jain doesn't have any knowledge about the IT Industry. He doesn't communicate with the employees and is not at all professional on calls(yells on the call) as well. There is no transparency from the management side about anything and also no support or suggestions for any kind of resource requirements needed to complete a project. There is no Job Security and the decision is made overnight without any connect with the employee to hear his/her point of view. There is a lot of bias towards Gujarat but there is no respect for people working in southern region. Also there is no appreciation for the efforts being put by the employees. One more thing is the CEO will always take decisions based on the others feedback rather than hearing both side stories.
