1. Almost every alternate year they ask department heads to retrench staff and best part is, it is all subjective. Most of the time it is LIFO basis. 2. HR remains only for email and lip service; has no active role. consequently department heads behave arrogantly. They only want Yes sir. They have big ego as if owner of the Company and can arbitrarily ruin carrier of subordinates.

No technical growth. Only 'Jugadu' mindset. Sometimes 12th pass will be your senior. Existing employee will get peanut in hike. Egoistic HODs. No clear vision and mindset. Employees who knows buttering will get hike.

no life and career, avoid this company if your enthusiastic and add more skills to have a bright career Because chance of that happening here is very less.

...agement PLUS canteen food is horrible, hair in food and uncooked food is common. if you're late then you will not get some items even though you pay full price. to sum up this don't come here if you want a career.

Dont even understand where to start from such a cultureless organization, no good enviorment to work and the mid management is worst, people dont work much they prefer resinging every moment. Believe me or not if you are into this organization you making fool of yourself.

If you have good support of seniors and management you are allowed to share your new improvement ideas and implement it. Innovation is really admired and welcomed.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary hike is not good based on performance. Job security is really challenging in this organisation.
