At ground level, we have too many politics. due to the family-owned business, decision making is very slow.

Dislikes

the work pressure is high due to always a shortage of manpower and there is no oo-site and periodical training for employees and because of this as a senior, I have to teach them everything, at the same time my work is going as backlogs.

Company is promoted by local ( tanzania ) promoters. Team was consist of local & foreigners. This makes us to work in the multi cultural environment. Company always gives us the free hand and advise to take an. independent decision in the best interest of the company. I am a mentor of the team. Company always advise to provide regular training to staff . I being an experience in the hotel accounting gives appropriate training to the team & make ease at work and comfortable. Make the team feel secure in the job. Quaterly appraisal is being done and will advise the staff for improvement wherever he/she is lacking. Annual appraisal will be carried out and appropriate salary increment/ promotions are recommended. Company always welcome the feedback from the staff on all the issues relating work environment and appropriately action will be initiated. There are lot of positives in the company which makes everyone will adopt to the healthy working atmosphere.

Dislikes

I dislike for delay in arranging the work and resident permit. Foreigners are not comfortable to stay in the country without valid permits. We are consider as illegals until the valid permit is provided though we are on a business visa which is valid only for a period of 3 months.

Wonderful company Chairman is hands on and a true inspiration. Easy communication to director and Mds. Properties one of a kind and attention to detail in every aspect. Amazing wonderful unforgettable experience
